Job Description

Our on-going development and expansion means that we currently have a requirement for a skilled technician to join our Support team.

The role involves providing first line support for our customers. As part of our expert support team you will primarily be involved in troubleshooting and investigating issues raised by our clients and delivering solutions in various environments.

In addition you will assist in monitoring issues raised in our service desk and assist in providing a rapid response to customers’ requirements and requests.

We will consider a full-time or part-time candidate and have a flexible working policy.

Desired Skills and Experience

The role will suit someone who loves problem solving and who has the ability to perform software problem analysis and resolution. You should have experience working with, installing and configuring applications on Windows, Macintosh and Linux.

To apply you should ideally possess an IT related degree and be looking to embark on a career in the software services industry.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of our dedicated UK support team, the candidate will also work closely with our overseas support team and staff.

Training of our products and specific technical environment will be provided to the successful candidate.
